Making Sherbet

Using the following recipe you need to make sherbet.

Sherbet recipe

Recipe: 

1tsp of powdered drink crystals (eg refresh)
1/4 tsp citric acid
1/4 tsp tartaric acid
1/4 tsp -baking soda.
Put all ingredients into a ziplock bag, stir, and enjoy.

Materials:

1. Ziplock bag  

2.  Powder Beverage

3.  Citric acid 

4.  Baking soda

5.  Spoon

Findings:

Sherbet
Taste	Sour and bubbly at the same time.
Colour	The colour is pink with a little bit of white.

Conclusion

The taste of the sherbert is yum but afterward, it was bubbly and sour. I don't really like it at the start but when the taste spread in my mouth I started liking it.
