How to make a hangi

This is how you make Hangi, the steps are just very easy to do. I would probably like to try Hangi because I really like meat and vegetable. After you cook the Hangi you have to gather all your family so that you guys can eat together. 

If you don't know what a hangi it is a traditional New Zealand Māori method of cooking food using heated rocks buried in a pit oven, also called an umu. It is still used for large groups on special occasions.
