Food Tech

This term we have had many lessons in our technology subject, We had made so many meals dishes like sushi and burgers, but today we have made a special dish it is called the apple turnovers. Apple turnover is like a shape of a triangle, the inside of it is very sweet because it has apple and sugar on it. 

The ingredients that you need are sugar, cinnamon, eggs, a sheet of puff pastry and ofcourse the apple. It is kinda stressing to make apple turnover but in the end it doesn't matter anymore because you have to enjoy it. 

How to make Apple turnovers:

1. You have to lay the puff pastry to a clean table make sure that your table is really clean. 

2. Put the apple close to the edge of your puff pastry, but not to close so that it is not hard to unite.

3. Grab the other side of the pastry then close it, once you have done that you have to make a mark at side of your pastry. Try using a fork so that is easier to make a mark on it. 

4. Poke a hole with a fork at the top of your apple turnovers, then spread the egg wash at the top of it.

5. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes, then after that enjoyed your Apple turnover.

Making Apple turnover is really fun and hard at the same time, to make Apple turnovers you have to be really fast because you need to make the pastry still cold. Even though we have to work fast that doesn't mean we have bad time making that, I think most of us have enjoyed making that dish and I am hoping for more.
