This Wednesday the 28 of November we went to the learning street at HHS to see a show about science. The show was fun because it taught us so many things we did not know about science and body. There was so many fun stuff to do there, the first thing I did was to match the seeds in order that we can eat, for example, cereal, corn, and other food that start from a seed and then turn to a yummy healthy food. They also explain to us that we have to read the instruction first before we do the experiment if we did not read the instructions we would probably not know what to do with it.
My favorite experiment was when I sat on the chair and I hold a bar that has weight in it so that I felt like I'm going to fall, after that they spin me and it felt like I was going to fall out of my chair. Luckily I have a seatbelt so I did not fall. I went with Vann, Axle, and Ranit so that I can get help when I don't know what it is.
I would like to try the Science Roadshow again next time because maybe they will have a new experiment to show us.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

The road show was great wasn't it? I'm glad you enjoyed it and that you went with friends could provide help if you needed it. Can you remember why the chair was spun around? And why we held the weights? What was the science behind it?
ReplyDeleteGreat Job! Lars, this is a nice post, you have told me what your favourite thing was and what you did there.I especially liked the part when you said " would like to try the Science Roadshow again next time because maybe they will have a new experiment to show us." Because it tells me you have enjoyed it. Next time, write more and describe more about what you learnt. Also why would they teach you that? Anyways keep up the great work!
